- Ranch homes must have a minimum of 1,400 square feet
- Two story homes must have a minimum of 1,900 square feet with 1,100 square feet being on the first level
- A minimum of 20% of the front elevation of each Savannah Lakes home must consist of natural materials (i.e. stone, brick, cedar)
- Minimum Roof pitch of 6/12"
- All home designs must be approved by the Savannah Lakes Architectural Committee
- Association fees $135 quarterly. The fee will cover trash removal and maintenance of the common areas, swimming pool, club house and pond. Reserve amount of $90 collected at close.
- Buyers assume $2,096 water/sewer assessment.
